The Resourceful Mother is pleased to offer the following services:

1. Free introductory consultation
   The introductory consultation will determine what, if any, services are required.
   
   
2. One-on-one consultation in person (handouts provided):
   Adult sessions – $100, appointment time: 1-1.5 hrs.
   Children sessions – $75, appointment time: 1 hr.
   - most children only need one appointment.
   Children sessions (children with conditions) – $100, appointment time: 1-1.5 hrs.
   - no difference for followup appointments.
   Phone consultation – $75, unless it's a first time consultation for an adult, in which case the cost is $100.
   - includes 4 phone calls of about 15 minutes each.
   
   Note: Meredith is a huge fan of phone consultations and finds that the connection is far greater between her and her clients when visuals and the environment are not factors. And, it is usually more convenient for her clients with young children.
   
   
3. Seminars
   Parent seminars - $55 each
   School seminars - cost varies according to the school budget.
   Corporate Lunch and Learn seminars - $250 to $500, depending on the length of the seminar and the distance travelled.
   
   
4. Seminar Handouts
   "Understanding the Impact of Food on Your Child's Health", "First Foods for Baby", "Terrific Toddlers!", "Smart Eating for a Healthier Child", "Healthy, Happy Beautiful Teens", "Indigo and Crystal Children in an Unnatural World", "Understanding the Impact of Food on Your Body", "Rescue for Briefcase Moms", and "You Are Beautiful".
   $40 (each) for literature.
   
   
5. Consultation packages
   These can be emailed or mailed to you – $15 per package unless further research needs to be conducted, in which case, a mutually agreeable price will be decided on. Health Food Store tours are 1 hour consultations.
   
   
6. Gift certificates
   Gift Certificates are available for friends or family members, for any of the services provided, in any denomination.
