The Resourceful Mother is pleased to offer the following services and products:

1. Free introductory consultation
   The introductory consultation will determine what, if any, services are required.
   
   
2. One-on-one consultation in person (handouts provided):
   
   In person consultation – $120, appointment time: 1-1.5 hrs.
   Follow up appointments $75; most children only need one appointment.
   
   Phone consultation – $100, appointment time: 1-1.5 hrs.
   Follow up appointments $75.
   
   Mentoring consultation (for pediatric nutritionists) – $150, appointment time: 1-1.5 hrs; plus a free 15 min. initial consultation.
   
   'The Journey for Kids' consultation (for children 5+ years) – $75, appointment time: 1-1.5 hrs.
   
   Note: Meredith is a huge fan of phone consultations and finds that the connection is far greater between her and her clients when visuals and the environment are not factors. And, it is usually more convenient for her clients with young children.
   
   
3. Seminars
   Parent seminars - $55 each
   School seminars - cost varies according to the school budget.
   Corporate Lunch and Learn seminars - $500 minimum, depending on the length of the seminar and the distance travelled.
   
   
4. Seminar Handouts
   "Understanding the Impact of Food on Your Child's Health", "First Foods for Baby", "Terrific Toddlers!", "Smart Eating for a Healthier Child", "Healthy, Happy Beautiful Teens", "Indigo and Crystal Children in an Unnatural World", "Energizing Moms Through Nutrition", "Fast Food for Healthy Children", "Understanding the Impact of Food on Your Body", "Rescue for Briefcase Moms", and "You Are Beautiful".
   $25 (each) for literature.
   
   
5. Seminars on DVD
   'First Foods for Baby' seminar on DVD – $25.
   
   
6. Consultation packages
   These can be emailed or mailed to you – $15 per package unless further research needs to be conducted, in which case, a mutually agreeable price will be decided on. Health Food Store tours are 1 hour consultations.
   
   
7. Food Sensitivity Testing
   Food sensitivity tests using the 'Interro machine' – $100 per session.
   
   
8. Camp Talks
   Nutrition Talks and Cooking Classes for Children's Camps – $85 per hour.
   
   
9. Gift certificates
   Gift Certificates are available for friends or family members, for any of the services provided, in any denomination.

    Book – $30 (discounts on multiple copies).
